TheDMsToolkit provides a collection of worldbuilding, campaign, and game management tools, including Realm Engine and related applications.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
TheDMsToolkit tools may be used in a limited capacity without a paid subscription. Certain features, functionality, or tools require an active subscription.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms and payment policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or access levels at any time. Changes will not affect your current billing period.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable laws and our payment provider’s policies. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the service, including maps, data, and uploaded assets.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
TheDMsToolkit is an evolving platform. Features, tools, and functionality may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheDMsToolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
